GROUP PROGRAMS FOR MOMS

Becoming a mother changes everything

Your identity, your relationships, your sense of self, your definition of success. These programs are built around that transformation, offering mothers at every stage a space to be seen, supported, and given the framework to navigate matrescence on their own terms.

Early Postpartum

for those in the first year-ish of motherhood

The Early Postpartum program is an eight-week virtual group series for mothers in the first year-ish of motherhood — grounded in matrescence, the developmental transformation of becoming a mother, and built entirely around your experience rather than your baby's.

We talk openly about the feelings no one told you about: the grief for your former self, the identity shift, the gap between what you expected and what you are living, and the ambivalence that coexists with love without cancelling it.

Together we explore your shifting identity, get honest about what you actually need to feel well, and find ease in the parts of this transition that feel like resistance.

This is not a parenting program. It is a space for the mother — to be seen, supported, and given language for one of the most significant passages of her life.

Babies are welcome in every session. This is a safe and inclusive space for all who identify as a mother, including members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community and adoptive, foster, and biological parents.

Empowered

an eight week virtual program for those navigating motherhood & paid work

This program is built around one foundational truth: the impossibility you feel is not your fault. Our culture has handed working mothers an unachievable standard and left them to figure out the gap alone. This program exists to close it — by giving mothers the framework, the community, and the inner authority to stop living by someone else's definition of success and start building their own.

Using the lens of matrescence and 19 years of leadership coaching experience, Cayley guides working mothers through the real terrain of this transition:

- Holding multiple roles
- Redefining what success actually means
- Navigating guilt and self-doubt
- Managing the never-ending demands of paid and unpaid labour, and
- Building the boundaries and resilience that make sustainable working motherhood possible.

The program combines group coaching sessions with either individual coaching or self-guided reflection — two formats, six weeks of group work, and a beginning and an end that are tailored specifically to you.
